Our office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday and 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturday.

What are the access hours?

Access hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.

Am I required to store long-term?

We offer flexible month-to-month lease options, so you can store with us for as short or as long as you need.

How do I pay my storage bill?

You can pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. Additionally, you can discuss autopay options with your facility manager.

Do you have a dump station for RVs?

Yes — we have a free on-site dump station for tenants. Non-tenants can use it for a $15 fee.

What's the largest RV or boat you can accommodate?

Our covered spaces fit units up to 40'. We also have uncovered parking in a range of sizes for smaller RVs, boats, trailers, and vehicles.

How is the facility secured?

The property is fully enclosed with 8' steel entry gates and 6'+ block walls topped with razor and barbed wire, plus on-site security cameras and bright lighting.

Do you offer both covered and uncovered parking?

Yes. Choose covered parking for units up to 40', or uncovered parking sized to fit your RV, boat, or vehicle.

Can I store a boat, trailer, or toy hauler here too?

Yes — alongside RVs, we store boats, trailers, cars, and trucks.

What areas do you serve besides Gilbert?

We're a convenient option for residents of Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, and Tempe, just off Highway 60 near Houston Ave and Stapley.

Is there an on-site manager?

Yes, we have an on-site manager during office hours to help with move-ins and questions.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID, is required.

What items am I not allowed to store?

You cannot store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, or combustible items or liquids.

What does drive-up access mean?

Drive-up access means you can park your vehicle directly in front of your storage unit for easy loading and unloading.
